Server Ranks
Hello! I am in need of a bit of help. I'm making a new server, one that will (hopefully) be the envy of others. But I need help with ranks. (No not permissions, just ranks in general) Very easy, most people can help.
I have this list of staff that I had in mind. If you believe one should go away, please let me know, and I'll take it into consideration.

These, well, are the members! Not much to explain here.
[TrailMod]
The Trial Moderator. This is where they are closely watched and are made sure that they aren't abusing their powers. They have the same powers as regular moderators, but are in moderation themselves.
[Moderator]
The Moderator. These guys... Well... Moderate! They have the basic commands of kick, jail, and tempban.
[Manager]
Ahh, the Manager. These guys have everything that the Admins have... BUT the fun stuff. This is to encourage people to donate instead of trying to "easly" obtain the Admin rank. (Which WILL NOT be easy by the way.)
[Admin]
The Admin. Having all standard punishment, they are made to enforce. Only called on the difficult decisions (or when there's no one else on.) They're word, is the final say. (Unless I say otherwise.)

What exactly are you trying to get help for? Creating ranks is just basically typing the rank name and other stuff you want for them. Anything with commands or abilities that one group has over the other is dealing with permissions. It depends on which permission plugin as well as which plugins you are using to define these permission nodes.
I just wanted feedback on the general overview of ranks. xD

Ah, well it does look like the typical layout most servers use. Ranks don't really matter unless they largely affect gameplay.
