Every time I login to my server, it crashes, kicks me and restarts.
Anyone else who joins gets kicked after about 5 minutes, and then they get the same issue.
I dont want to restart the world. Its a multiplayer server with lots of people who will be angry if they lose everything.
Also, I cant just start a new server. This is a paid server being hosted by a company.
The company is GGServers if it helps. The control panel is Multicraft.
Does anyone know how to help?

Do you get any errors or something unusual in your server log? Because I know what problem you're experiencing, and the problem that caused it for me was one of two things:
1. Ram usage being way too high, to the point where it crashes the server and restarts, so it refreshes the ram, though it would seem your server is constantly doing that loop because you may have too big of worlds or too many worlds or too many plugins.
2. Unusual world corruption issues. What I mean by this is: there's a random chunk or chunks somewhere in whichever world that's being effected that is not suppose to be loaded there. For instance, I created a new world that was suppose to be a empty world [So only a bedrock block], but instead, it created a rather corrupted and bugged world with some random biome and in a few short seconds, it crashed and restarted my server. I fixed this issue by, unfortunately [as you say you don't want to have to reset your worlds], deleting the world folder, and made a new one.
