So i have read many things saying its impossible to setup a server on a web host and I understand that, but I was wondering if I could run the program on my computer and store the files for it on the website. It seems like it would be possible, but Im not sure.

Reading this again, you could use this to save all your world backups onto a web server, but not 'save the server files on a webhost'
There is no point in doing that, it would just be better to run it off your computer. If you don't have the money to pay for a dedicated server I would suggest you join a medium sized server and work your way up the ranks,
That would become an enormous bottleneck to download/upload the data from the storage to your own computer for processing, even if you can just get the mechanics to work there isn't any benefit that comes from it that i can think off.
That wouldn't make any sense, the server would be running on your internet and your RAM and you would have to transfer all the data to the server just to save.
