Server Shop Help

So the server im working on is a factions server but i will be adding lots around spawn to be rented out as player shops.
My question is, what items should i sell and what items i should not... I would hate to ruin the servers economy by selling everything leaving no room for players to run their shops, my solution is to sell only certain items in the server shop... the question is what items.

Only you can figure this out. Its depends on what type of server you have, and how easy or hard you want things to be...
If you sell cheap diamonds everyone will have loads of weapons and armor.
If you sell cheap TNT people will raid more easily... only you can decide that.
