[Builder Needed] Server Spawn [Small Reward]

Hello fellow PMCers. I am looking for a good builder who can put detail into their work. I am looking for a spawn built, and because I cannot currently able to pay anybody to do this I am offering a permanent builder rank on the server afterwards(if we use your spawn). Mainly this will just be a title, but you will have your name anywhere we advertise the server and inside the spawn building. You will not be building on the server, but you will rather build it and then either give us the map or a schematic.
I am looking for a floating pirate ship. The lower deck will be used for a small shop, we do not need tons of space but I do not want it cluttered. We will have 10-10 items for sale, each one will take up a 3 block column and I would like to have empty column between each item you can buy. I will need room on the above deck for rules, instructions, info, etc. I would like it wood/cobble based.
If you would like to do this please put some screenshots of previous builds you have with some kind of proof they are your builds(such as your name in chat or a notepad with your name in it). We will talk through Skype, and I would like this done within a week if possible.
