Server Staff?

Hey for those people who have been hosting servers for awhile, I can pretty much setup anything that has to do with a minecraft server. But, When It comes to server staff trusting anyone is super hard for me, I've owned 6-7 servers with 30-50 people on it regularly throughout the couple years. How did you guys find those Perfect, Mature, Knowledgeable Staff members to help run your server,
