You're out of your mind for believing a griefer won't lie on your application and sound convincing about it. Why do you think you need moderators? Just install the "grief prevention" plugin, and you can run the server all by yourself.

why can i trust you: I have personally run my own server for a few weeks before I started getting all sorts of errors due to ram. I have also been accepted into lots of hard to enter heavely whitelisted servers and haven't been banned from them.
