Experience: I was a co-owner for 1 server, admin on 2 and Mod on 2. I have been playing since Beta 1.4 , but i know everything about MC since Indev.

Dealing With Griefers: I normally give them a warning, then watch over them, then if i see them grief a second time, its a kick ( 2nd Warning), 3rd grief is instant ban. Unless server rules tell me otherwise. I'm also good at using the 'LogBlock' multiplayer plugin, which is very useful for finding Greifers.

Position You Want: I wouldn't mind having Mod, and i don't mind anything lower or higher.

Descriptive Paragraph: I'm quite good at Minecraft, even though i've been playing since 1.4, but i know all the blocks, mobs and i've also got some good redstone wiring tricks up my sleeve. I don't like griefing, as i personally think that its being quite rude to the player, and i love to build with others, and have this odd intension to always build towns and cities. I get along with other players well, and i've only (sadly) have to ban about 5 people from servers.

Also add my Skype (space_bat15) if you want and please tell me (though here or Skype) if i did get a place or if not the Non-hamachi server ip, otherwise ill be on the hamachi version of the server.

Been playing minecraft for over a year, played on my friend's minecraft even before that. Also was a mod on another server for about 3 months until they shut down. I am also an excellent builder and redstoner.

Simple. You either ban them or give them a warning (depending on what/how much the griefed) and either restore it or rollback the server from a backup file

Any position i can have would be great. Mod is preferable though

I am very considerate towards other players and help them in as many ways as possible. Im not very easily annoyed (unless they nag me a million times, even after I gave them an answer). I also live by the rule that Moderators should be an example towards other players as to how they should treat one another and act. A bad server starts with bad staff, but a good server starts with a good and friendly staff. Oh, and I can be a little bit of a spelling Nazi sometimes ^-^

An a descriptive paragraph: I have been an admin on a previous server but unfortunately thier main donor left them so the server shut down. Basicly I am a laid back person right up until the moment which i catch a griefer or anyone else related to such. I have basicly every chat engine with a very good mic. Also i am avaliable most of the time, except twice a weak i have 4 hours of soccer so i would be unavaliable most of those given days. Ty for the oppurtunity!

I've been playing for almost 2 years now and have been op on 2 servers. My personal specialty is modern buildings.
Personally, I just ban the greifer and (if the server has iconomy) compensate and rollback
I would like Technical-admin
I have been a noob before and try to be fair and just getting both sides of the story. I sometimes have a short temper (when my little bro wakes me up early). I do enjoy playing with people and helping people. If a greifer comes on, I ban or kick them. Thank you.

Dealing with Griefers: I've reported the a few times before on servers, and I helped deal with a hack on a server that I was a mod on (huge chunk of ground taken out).
I would like to be a mod.
I like building and redstoning, and I'm quite good at sorting things out between people, and deciding punishments. I can manage poeple, and I am quite good with plugins (I've set up bukkit servers before, although they were local).

dealing with griefers? "i dont kick or ban, i freeze them and ask them some hard-to-answer questions such as: "did you grief?" next "what did you grief?" then "why did you grief?" and then "would you do this again if you are able to?" and then ill keep watching the griefer, i dont ban or kick quickly. itt would be awfull to lose a player!
