Server Subscription Rate Help?

Hello. I am going to be making a pay-to-play server. Right now I am making a city for the server. You can find the city as a project titled "The City of Trev."
I am going to charge a monthly rate. I don't want the price too be too high, but I don't want it to be too low either. Please take a look at the project and tell me how much you would pay per month for this. Remember that this is not complete yet and i will have much more in the world. This is going to be an RPG/Survival server.
