Server Texture Pack Help

Hi,
As of 1.3.1, I know that you can add your own 'Server textures' to a server's config.

I know how to add the texture pack to the server, by copying the texture pack's link address. However, when I download a texture pack for my server, i downloads it straight away, so it does not take me to Mediafire or another free downloading website where I am able to copy the texture pack's link address.

So, how do I get a texture packs link address when I have downloaded it?
