Server Tutorial Plugin

Looking for plugins* plural, to configure and test/try out that allow for new players to the server go to a tutorial upon logging in for the first time. I've seen this on a number of servers in a variety of formats, from the "click" version to a simple walk-through version.

I've seen the following tutorials:

Can anyone recommend others OR determine which plugins servers such as Wabbitface, VeteranCraft, and CapricaTown, and others use? I'm not 100% sure they use the above mentioned plugins for theirs...
