My server was working now it doesn't

Me and my friend were playing on my server about half an hour ago, then I turned it off to change its map when I had done that my friend couldn't join the server I checked on http://www.canyouseeme.org/ to see if my port was open and it said it wasn't so I was like wtf . I checked on my router to see if my port was still open it showed that it was still so I got really confused. Can anyone help me please?

make sure your firewall is still set to allow the connection.
