I know basic html but have no idea about accounts and SQL DB'S. I dont want anything fancy on the site just a good looking one (like the one above). Can someone please help me make something like that. I will give you a $50 donator rank on the server in return.

They use bootplus, a modified version of bootstrap. If you know basic html, you can make yourself a site just like that pretty easily. You do not need any CSS knowledge, as bootplus/strap does it all for you. Just go through the documentation on the bootstrap website and find what you want to implement. There are a several tutorials on YouTube to get you started with a basic design with a navigation bar and hero-unit, etc.
