Guy he tells he "Created a website" so that tells me he created a website on that host with their software.
He dont tell that he just rented a "Web-Server" Where he can upload files etc etc...

You can also use Drupal make ur own website without any knowledge off PHP/HTML.

000webhost's reviews aren't so good. I wouldn't recommend it. I've used the service myself before, but I'd rather host a website on my own.
I agree, I attempted using them a while back and was honestly "Revolted". I code and host all my sites personally.
