My server isn't showing as online, it hasn't been for 24 hours; everything is configured correctly! My server has 35-40 people on for 3 hours last night yet it kept showing as 0 on the listing...

Are you using Spigot? I know PMC has issues with how Spigot posts server statuses.
If you're using Craftbukkit, then it is an issue with PMC. My servers appear offline most of the time too.
