Server won't start

I recently moved my server from my C drive to my (larger) D drive, after the map file got really big. Now it won't start. I've changed the batch file that runs the server to accommodate the change in location. This is what it now contains:

path=%PATH%;"C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe"
java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar "D:\Server!\Server\craftbukkit.jar" -o true
PAUSE

I've checked that the bits point to the right places. The link below is a screenshot of the error messages I get. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this?

Drive C has Windows XP on it, D is just storage. It's the same HDD, but partitioned. So no, same OS.

Would drive D happen to have a different OS on it?
