Every time my server gets ready ( making a Vanilla), it says ' **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!

You have to change the port in your router for 25565 to Open or allow Minecraft/Bukkit access to that port, Or else it WILL NOT connect

2wire? The hell is that. Most programs that claim to portforward don't. (At least in my experience). Stop being lazy and go over to portforward.com, skip the add, click on routers, find out what router you have, click on that one, click on what you want, and follow the instructions D:<

Yes. Using 2Wire. I am pretty sure its portforwarded correctly.

That still didnt work
Make sure that in the server.properties that you do not put any ip address in the ip address place, leave it blank.
I did this already, and my friends still cant join
