Server wont start

I cant start my bukkit server. it keeps trowing out this error:

[GUI] The server is starting...
[GUI] Server started...
1:44:18 PM Error occurred during initialization of VM
1:44:18 PM Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
[GUI] The server has stopped...
does anyone know what i can do to fix it??
server details:
bukkit version is 1.7.9-R0 (#3105)
Bukkit GUI
brand new, no files or plugins loaded.
system details:
Windows 7 64 bit
java 7
3gb ram
intel core 2 quad processor

does anyone know what i can do to fix it??

You can try reinstalling java. Or download bukkit from https://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/ and not straight from the GUI. If not done already. And if you have the server type set as spigot and your JAR file is bukkit. that error also happens.
