my server used to work but recently we had a new wireless hub put in (we are with virgin and its made by netgear) we also have a router (netgear) until the new hub my server worked fine I had a fixed ip address. but after the new hub my ip address changed and now I cant seem to fix it at all.
I would really like some help!

Everytime your router is turned on and off the IP will mostly likely change, ensure that your ports are correctly forwarded make sure the default minecraft port is open, check your ip by searching my ip on google.
If you still can't get it to work it's most likely an error with the port forwarding so just stick at it.

what do i need to check?
check the router settings virgin routers have a dynamic dns port forwarding system now
