1.9 Servers?

I want to play some survival games with the new 1.9 combat features. Unlike Hypixel or DesiredCraft, I want to find a server with the 1.9 combat system input. I mean that I want the weapons and tools to have a timer for when they'll be ready and the shield. Any ideas?
