Servers Glitching?!

For some reason on all of the servers i play on i log in and all of a sudden everyone freezes not me but i cant do anything and i cant talk minutes later i get a server error is it just me or is anyone else getting this?

the login on minecraft.net is offline because login.minecrft.net is door with password lock to sesion.minecraft.net and this get all server out of air
