Serversigns not working
I’m a PF on a server called Empathy. We recently got the plugin called serversigns, I used serversigns for teleportation and it went perfectly.
However, recently I’ve tried to make a couple of signs that I couldn’t get to work, when I right clicked the signs they said ‘Unknown command. Type “/help” for help. I’ve had a looked at all the commands and I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong, any help is appreciated.
Here are the commands for the sign that worked:
/svs add [p:essentials.tp|essentials.tp.position] /tp 3036 73 3346
/svs add <message> You’ve been teleported to Sperch0
Here are the commands for the signs that didn’t work:
/svs add [p: minecraft.command.give] /give <player> Minecraft:cake
(I tried the above command with different items and itemids but it still did not work)
/svs add [p: essentials.time| essentials.time.set] /time day
The last two were done recently so I did the command below to see if serversigns was broken but it was not, the command worked.
/svs add <message> This is a test.

Could this be relevant (from the documentation)?
And has anyone else, including the owner, attempted to use the plugin the same way you are and see if it works?
ALL VERSIONS: Spawn protection prevents non-ops using ServerSigns This issue cannot be 'fixed', as stated by md_5 - known sollutions include setting spawn-protection to 0, or clearing ops.json

I tried changing /svs add [p: essentials.time| essentials.time.set] /time day to /svs add [p: essentials.time| essentials.time.set] time day (which I think is what you meant) but that didn't work either.
Try removing the initial / for commands.
