Are you talking about the minecraft client..?
If you're talking about why your server uses so much ram, it's because how java handles RAM. Unless you are crashing with an out of memory error, you should be fine.
ITs all about how much the server costs a month thats shows how much ram people use ram by joining and staying for a period
