Session id issue

Hey y'all i've already contacted mojang support but figured i'd ask about it while waiting for a response from them. So I'm playing java minecraft on a mac and recently i've been having a problem with the session id while playing, I'm aware that usually this happens and you just have to restart the launcher and than you can play again but i tried that and it didn't work for me. So I thought maybe someone had gotten ahold of my account info so i changed both my password and my email. Lastly I tried it through bootcamp (Which allows mac users to play on windows) and it still ended up doing the same thing. I assume someone had hacked me but idk why. Hope y'all can help me with this

If you've changed your Minecraft account password and you are still able to log in with the new password, then it is unlikely that someone has hacked your account.
Some people suffer from the session id timing out when playing - there is this mod for Minecraft java edition available which seems to help many players :
