I do /setworldspawn and it works.
But when I die (On purpose - to check) it spawns me away from that point... I want it EXACT. There is no roof in the building, and it is at about y = 65

/setworldspawn fails if the coordinates you set has a pressureplate or no block at all, If it can't spawn you in the exact coordinates.. It will spawn you somewhere in the same chunk. although, if you use /spawnpoint it should work correctly.
Yeah setworldspawn set the worldnspawnpoint and the world spawnpoint never spawns you on an exact spot, but if you do /spawnpoint for all players it sets their spawns accurately on the exact cords you entered
