Setting up permissionsEx
having trouble setting up permissions, I thought I had it all ok, but it's not recognizing it nor anything. Here's what the config file looks like atm

users still have access to /spawn /sethome and all those commands and I don't want them to since it's a partial vanilla server, and when I try using ingame commands like /pex, it doesn't show anything. running mc 1.7.2
