Setting up a pixelmon server [Hosted server]

Hi guys,
I just bought a hosting and trying to setup a Pixelmon server but I'm having a problem with MCPC+ which i need for my server so i can run it with plugins. So i tried to load it up but it wont load after awhile. I just need to know how to setup MCPC+ [FileZilla is used when i try to connect it to my server].
Could someone help me out here? I just need to setup mcpc+ so i can have plugins and pixelmon installed.
