Hey i would like to be a admin or mod or op on your growing server i am kind have a great sense of humour and are strict on griefers and people who swear i want to make a good minecraft community and a server when people just want to keep coming back to the server and staying instead of saying "meh" and leaving i am also very mature i have been mod of 2 servers and admin on 2 servers 1 with 20 people and the other with 70 people, i own my own shadowcraft server 24/7 no lag, i will help promote the server on youtube and other places if you want me to i am 15 years of age and i will like to be apart of your great server please hire me and also i love to build

Hi. here is some of my ideas. You can make a website to make people to donate for ranks. The donations will upgrade your server and maintain it from closing down.
I can help you make a website. Add some plugins that most of the minecraft players like example , factions ,economy and chest shops and etc. thank you hope i can become a head admin .
