Shader's Mod Help!

Hello, I recentely got a Gaming Computer about about 5 Months ago and I thought It would be awesome here are the spec's
AMD FX-4130 (3.8G/4M)
8GB DDR3
1000 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
AMD Radeon 6670 1GB
Windows 8
It is pretty good and I can run COD 4 and BO2 on it but I also downloaded Shader's Mod and I run a Little of fps around 10-15 and on normal minecraft I run about 60-80 Can someone help me and tell me what's wrong and Yes I do have Optifine!

It's fine, lots of people lag with shaders, I do. If you're playing fullscreen, switch to smallscreen and see if it helps.
what version of minecraft are you running? the shaders mod lags very much for 1.5.X
because it isnt complete you need 1.4.7
with optifine lower your render distance and set graphics to fast itll help a bit
and get sildurs shaders it lags less
personally i cant test this method but because i have an old intel card
