Could be a graphics card issue or possibly corrupted files, I would say firstly if you are on windows ten the go to the start menu and right click. From there look for the windows PowerShell admin and run a SFC /scannow and type it just like that, press enter and let it do it's scan. The SFC scan will find and fix most issues on your PC/laptop, and if it comes up with a issue then it gives you the links needed to fix it further. If it is a graphics card issue however, then this won't work but it will make your PC run faster and smoother.
Nope, didn't work, it only messed up my windows custom theme ahah
Did it come up with any errors at all? If not then you can safely say it has to be either that shaders pack or your graphics card
