Could be a graphics card issue or possibly corrupted files, I would say firstly if you are on windows ten the go to the start menu and right click. From there look for the windows PowerShell admin and run a SFC /scannow and type it just like that, press enter and let it do it's scan. The SFC scan will find and fix most issues on your PC/laptop, and if it comes up with a issue then it gives you the links needed to fix it further. If it is a graphics card issue however, then this won't work but it will make your PC run faster and smoother.
