Shaders: Help!

Hey everyone- I've tried to install shaders but I can't- I've followed 3 different videos

In the minecraft homescreen- There is a mods foler (Default with forge) and there is meant to be 4 mods in there- GLSL Shaders mod isnt there and i only have three

Image doesnt work
