Shaking Text MOTD

This actually is possible without a plugin. It is not &k or the other symbol that I can't type. For server.properties, it actually is \u00A7k. If you notice, at the end it has a k. Just like in "&k", it goes at the end. The code stands for that special symbol for clients. Take off the k and it's \u00A7. Use those for colours as well.

\u00A7b = Bold
\u00A7n = Underline
\u00A7n = Strike (crossed out)
\u00A7o = Italic

This is what you are looking for:
\u00A7k = Magic

the symbol is not "§" but to make it shake you use "&k". it is part of the minecraft color codes. they are all found at: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Forma ... olor_codes

but you also need a plugin to get it to work.

I know EXACTLY how to do this.

For example, if your MOTD is "Hi there!" you go "§Hi there!" to make the MOTD shake all over the place.

It also works in books and on signs.
