Shared XP bar between multiple players

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a way to synchronize XP between multiple players.
Basically that all players can earn XP together in some way or another.
Unfortunately, I have not found any data pack or mod that does anything comparable.

Is there any, not too complicated way to do this?
