Hey, my co-owner is one of my irl friends but he hasnt really be taking my server seriosusly, instead of treating it like a public server he treats like his personal playground. I'm not sure if I should demote him but I think I should becuase all he does is tp to players and just do crap instead of actully doing anything useful..but hes my bud so should I demote this player?

Of course demote him, unless your friendship is more important than Minecraft. I'm not saying he won't be friends with you anymore, but I've demoted ALL of my IRL friends. Nothing that bad happened.
Give Him I warning but I he doesn't take that seriously I would suggest you demote him
