Should i delete my account?

this is a follow up to a thread i made earlier
basically whenever i play minecraft people have access to my full name because it was an old name i had used before and it is on nameMC now and it has really been bothering me. if there is a way to delete my account and get it back without having to pay again?

If you want to remove a certain name from your name history, I'd recommend contacting Mojang about it.
you can change your username. my old username was advanced koishi, but i changed it to Boomslang.
Mojang has stated that it is their intention that previous usernames can be seen, and they have provided a method to allow the public to access this information. NameMC is meant to be a reference tool with the goal of having the most complete and accurate name information possible. Thus your request to NameMC will be ignored. However I recommend contacting Mojang regarding your privacy issue. They may; depending on the severity help you out.
Unfortunately there is no way to fully reset your account. You might be able to talk to mojang support about it. There's not much need to worry about it though, nobody has any reason to check you on PMC
