Sign Blank Server Bug !

Hey there people
I have a really annoying,fucking irritating bug that a lot of servers have. This bug is the blank Sign's bug, when your on your server or a server, when a chunk loads or moving to a different location most of every single sign in the hole server goes blank (ruff estimate)
Please I need help on how to get this bug to stop. I really need a reply on how to fix this ASAP because my server release date is soon , and I have a lot of people counting on me

Are you on the newest build (beta)?
you sure thats not just lag?
No, it's a bug with 1.4. The easiest solution is to relog, and the signs will hav text. It's happened to me, and hopefully will be fixed soon.
Its rough not ruff.
