Skin help!

Soo...lately I have been getting messages from people on minecraft saying i'm a steve, or i'm not a girl. On my screen I see myself in a girl skin, but like I said, others see me as steve. I try reuploading the skin, but it doesn't work (at least I think it doesn't work). I need some help on what I should do so players see me how I see me.


UPDATE: I can see others skins, and in singleplayer I think i'm fine
