Skin Mods?

Looking For A Skin Mod That:
1- Works With Forge
2- Changes Your Minecraft Skin SinglePlayer or MultiPlayer [Hopefully single player]
3- Doesn't require for you to have to visit minecraft.net
Like seriously, is there any mod out there that allows you to use different skins for 1.6.2 without having to verify it?
Like I know DrinModder made a Skin Manager mod a while ago for 1.2.5 or something; but is there one for 1.6.2?
[Something that I can just copy into my mods folder]
[Also, I cannot edit my minecraft jar, since I'm loading it up from an exe]

There's the wardrobe mod, but I don't think it works with SMP - Also, Everyone uses an .exe, just go to %appdata%
