So recently (weeks ago) a changed to a different skin than my old skin and on viewers (skin viewer ageenkeech) I see my old skin, Someone help me out ?

I think it is cos of a change in where the skin are stored (different Mojang server). I have the same problem as well and waiting for a fix.
I change my skin a lot.
But on the skin viewers, it shows my old-old-old skin which I changed from months ago. I change it, but it makes no difference. It shows that skin for the chat and on every single skin viewer in existence. I keep trying to change what skin it shows, but it makes no difference whatsoever.

I can explain:
Mojang still stores your old skin under your "username.png" file in their database. Your new skin file is stored under your UUID. The skin viewer is looking under your username.

Ya, the skin viewer shows your old skin, but ingame it's your new skin; I have the same problem.
i was on 1.8 on cracked and i was steve on a server and alex on single player
