Skin Shading PLEASE HELP ME!

I can't figure out how to shade in these programs Miners Shoes Skin3d and others?

There is no shading in MInerShoes as far as I know. Skin3D, you have to do you own shading using different gradients of the color that you picked as your primary. There are tutorials in the blog section of PMC. If you need a link, just ask!
