Skript help

Hello fellow Minecrafters, I'm currently using skript to code an anti-cheat called Phantom Reports. I've coded everything correctly, but that's not my problem. Whenever I use skript like install it, when I do /skript it says /skript help. I do /skript help, and it comes back up with /skript help. Because of this I cant use the code. And skript is the only way i know how to code. I really need your help!
