Sky Not Moving

My sky isn't moving. I use lunar client usually, but this happens on normal Minecraft with optifine too. basically, my sky doesn't move, but time still progresses. It will look like day but mobs will spawn and they wont burn. Here is a screenshot
As you can see a spider and skeleton are duking it out in the middle of what seems to be day but is actually midnight (I did /time set midnight)
