Slime farm help

Hello, I have a slime farm that isn't producing alot of slimes on a smp server.

Is anyone able to hop on and take a look and see what I am doing wrong?

This is often due to settings set by the admin of the server that limits server wide mob caps. Does your farm work better when no ones online? If so that is the case, if not, ask your admin if there are any plugins on the server that effects mob spawning.
