1.9 snapshot glitch

Hi, So I've been wondering how to fix these glitches. I don't know how to describe it. So I've got some screenshots. The glitch happen on a few different snapshots so I'm guessing it's my minecraft because when I tried the same version as LogDotZip's (youtuber) it's still doing the glitch (I matched my version to his because I wanted to try out some of the only one commands in 1.9 if you haven't known. Is it only me? or are there people who are having the same issue?

Just don't use the snapshot anymore. use the 1.9 pre-release. read about it here: https://mojang.com/2016/02/minecraft-19-pre-release-1/
Looks like you have a strange graphics card driver! I don't know! How about sending us a crash report? F3+C for about 10 seconds. (you can trust me, or look it up)
