Solo Leveling City

Hey does anyone want to help me build a massive city on a custom map built to acomadate a solo leveling mod with dungeon breaks and more. i need people who know how to make large city structures like sky scrapers small modern houses office buildings hospitals hotels restaurants and shops, aswell as potentially command blocks and other stuff that would help out with the city.
