Someone hacked my minecraft account

So someone hacked my account for minecraft and changed the password, changed it to their email and/or changed the username. How can I get my account back? and what should I do?

That would just be stupid I don't think anyone would just waste £17 to buy a new minecraft account when you can contact mojang! DUH!
