how do i find a plugin to where a player hits a block or button anything, and it promotes them? is there any plugin to where you can asign plugins to blocks or buttons? please let me know! Thanks!

Most plugins that do this are either outdated/inactive or given by word of mouth and not by website i.e Bukkit Plugins Page
Pretty sure you can do this with signs, just search for 'bukkit plugin promote in game using sign'.
