Someone Posted MY Server!

Hey guys I am trying to post my server for minecraft but it seems somebody has already posted it on the site. The link is here. http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/c ... ft-479007/ What can I do to fix this? Please Help. Any responses much appreciated.

Did he ask for permission first?
Just put in the comments that you would:
a) Don't claim all the credit and put in WHO created the server (you)
b) Ask him to remove it (if possible)
Or, you can flag it (report it).
