ok so today I went onto minecraft bedrock edition and it told me I was signed out, I thought it was just a glitch and went to java, but when I went to java it said I could only play the demo, and I had bought java months ago. I do not know what to so please help.

I tried to play a single player local installation just now, and BECAUSE XBOX IS HAVING ISSUES, I can't open the game on my own PC. Microsoft get lost!
Not so helpful for any of the rest of us, though.
Probably something to do with your microsoft account or internet, try checking both of them. :)
