On Spawn Animations?

Hello, I would like some plugins that allow for a special animation and text for whenever a certain player logs into the server.

I have tried Owner Lightning and that is fairly new so it destroys blocks around the player and damages other players also.

I have also tried Fireworks Upon Login and that just doesn't really appeal to me, any other suggestions?
